【摘要】 笔者搜集广东地产清热解毒药和制剂药理研究的相关文献,并加以整理、归纳及分析。发现广东地产清热解毒药大多有明显的抗病原微生物、抗细菌内毒素、抗炎、解热作用,还有一些有明显的抗蛇毒、镇痛、保肝利胆、降血糖作用。在研究广东地产清热解毒药材药理作用的方法思路上,尽快澄清品种的混乱情况,坚持以整体动物实验为主,配合离体实验、计算机分子对接模拟,相互补充。更多还原

【Abstract】 Collected and analyzed the literature about the pharmacological research of Guangdong native heat-clearing and toxin-removing herbs.Most of Guangdong native heat-clearing and toxin-removing herbs have obvious effects of anti microbial,anti bacterial endotoxin,anti-inflammatory,antipyretic etc.In the thought and method,we clarify the confusion species as soon as possible,and adhere to the whole animal experiments,with the in vitro experiments,computer molecular docking simulations,complement each other.更多还原
