前列腺炎Ⅰ号对CNP大鼠血清IL-2、IL-6含量的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨前列腺炎I号治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的作用机制。方法:将70只大鼠随机分为空白组(生理盐水10ml·kg-1)、模型组(生理盐水10ml·kg-1)、阳性组(前列舒乐颗粒2.4g·kg-1)、前列腺炎I号小剂量组(10g·kg-1)、前列腺炎I号中剂量组(20g kg-1)、前列腺炎I号大剂量组(40g·kg-1)。空白组皮下注射1mL生理盐水,其余各组皮下多点注射前列腺蛋白提纯液与弗氏完全佐剂混合乳剂1ml,30天后重复造模一次,45天后灌胃给药。连续给药4周后,剥取前列腺组织计算前列腺指数,提取血清检测白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量。结果:与模型组大鼠血清IL-2(172.90±5.12 pg.ml-1)、IL-6(72.01±4.82 pg.ml-1)含量相比,其他各组均较低,差异有显著性(P<0.05);与阳性组大鼠血清IL-2(129.63±5.36 pg.ml-1)、IL-6(46.41±3.85 pg.ml-1)含量相比,前列腺炎I号小剂量组较高,差异有显著性(P<0.05);与前列腺炎I号小剂量组大鼠血清IL-2(140.27±5.21 pg.ml-1)、IL-6(56.51±4.62 pg.ml-1)含量相比,前列腺炎Ⅰ号中、大剂量组更低,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:前列腺炎I号中、大剂量组能有效降低CNP大鼠模型血清IL-2、IL-6的表达水平,从而改善局部免疫功能,抑制炎症反应。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the mechanism of treatment of No.Idecotion for chronic prostatitis in CNP rats.Method:Divided 70 rats into 6 groups,normal contrast group(normal saline 10 ml·kg-1),model contrast group(normal saline 10 ml·kg-1),yang contrast group(qianlieshule 2.4g·kg-1),No.I decotion for chronic prostatitis low-dose group(10g·kg-1),middle-dose group(20g·kg-1),high-dose group(40g ·kg-1).Normal contrast group multipoint subcutaneous injection of normal saline lml,the other groups multipoint subcutaneous injection of mixture ofpreparation of SC purified prostate protein solution and FCA,repeated 30 days later,45 days later were treated with drug above.4 weeks later,tissue of prostate were picked off to count prostatic index,blood serum were extracted to test expression of IL-2 and IL-6.Result:Compared tomodel contrast group,amoumt of IL-2(172.90±5.12 pg·ml-1) and IL-6(72.01±4.82 pg·ml-1) in blood serum,the other groups are much lower,the difference is significant(P<0.05).Compared toyang contrast group,amoumt of IL-2(129.63±5.36 pg.ml-1)and IL-6(46.41±3.85 pg ·ml-1) in blood serum,the low-dose group is much higher,the difference is significant(P<0.05).Compared tolow-dose group,amoumt of IL-2(140.27±5.21 pg.ml-1)and IL-6(56.51±4.62 pg.ml-1) in blood serum,the middle-dose and high-dose group are much lower,the difference is significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The middle-dose and high-dose group of No.I decotion for chronic prostatitis can effectively reduce expression of IL-2 and IL-6 in blood serum of CNP rats,improve the immune function and inhibit inflammatory reaction.
