【摘要】 目的:采用Plackett-Burman筛选实验,筛选出对蜜丸合坨过程有显著性影响的因素。方法:以丸块物理特性参数为指标,考察蜜温、蜜量、蜂蜜炼制程度、药粉粉碎程度、药粉含水量、放置时间等6个因素对蜜丸合坨过程的影响。结果:蜜温、蜜量、放置时间是影响蜜丸合坨过程的显著性因素。结论:通过Plackett-Burman筛选实验筛选出对蜜丸合坨过程的显著性因素,为进一步工艺优化奠定基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To Filter the Significant factors of the hetuo process by Plackctt-Burman experiments.Methods:To study the influence of the different temperatures,honey quantity,extent crushed powder,refining degree of honey,the water content of powder and placed time,the Physicalproperties of the Pill asindex.Results:Temperatures,honeyquantity,placed time are Significant factors in process.Conclusion:The Plackett-Burman lay the foundation for further process optimization.更多还原
