【摘要】 目的分析不同因素对绿原酸类化合物稳定性的影响,以期为含绿原酸类化合物的药材及制剂的生产、储存提供依据。方法:以一周内绿原酸类化合物的含量变化为指标,单因素考察温度、光照、溶剂对其稳定性的影响。结果:随着放置时间的增加,绿原酸类化合物在4℃、棕色瓶下含量较为稳定,在室温透明瓶下含量不断下降,分解产物含量不断增加。结论:温度、光照对绿原酸类化合物的稳定性有一定影响,储存时应注意低温避光。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the stability of the solution of chlorogenic acid under different conditions.Methods:Effects of temperature,light and solvent on the stability of the solution of chlorogenic acid was investigated with the content of chlorogenic acid as index.Results:The tests show that the most stable state to be kept the solution in brown volumetric flask and store it in refrigerator at temperature of 4℃.When the solution was kept in clear volumetric flask and stored at the temperature of 20~25℃,the chlorogenic acid was unstable.Conclusion:Temperature and light has an influence on the stability of cholrogenic acid.It is better to be stored in brown volumetric flask at temperature of 4℃.更多还原
