【摘要】 目的考察花茶-雪菊的质量,建立质量评价方法。方法:建立了雪菊中异奥卡宁葡萄糖苷的TLC鉴别法和UPLC含量测定法,测定了10批样品中异奥卡宁葡萄糖苷含量。结果:TLC图谱中,在各样品中均可检视出异奥卡宁葡萄糖苷的斑点;UPLC测定法中,异奥卡宁葡萄糖苷色谱峰分离度好,在5.10⁴0.8 mg·L^-1范围内线性关系良好,回收率为98.7%（RSD1.7%）,在10批样品中异奥卡宁葡萄糖苷含量范围在0.361⁰.681%。结论:本研究为雪菊质量评价体系的建立和进一步药用开发提供理论和实验依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the quality of the flower tea from Coreopsis tinctoria and establish the method for quality control.Methods:Isookanin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside in 10 samples of the flower tea from Coreopsis tinctoria was examined by TLC and its content in samples was determined by UPLC.Results:The spots of isookanin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside in 10 samples were seen in the TLC chromatogram.A good linearity for isookanin-7-O-β-Dglucopyranoside within the range of 5.10-40.8 mg·L^-1 was showed,and the recovery was 98.7%（RSD 1.7%）.The contents of isookanin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside in 10 samples were 0.361-0.681%.Conclusions:The study provided theoretical and experimental data in order to evaluate the quality and the further development of the flower tea from Coreopsis tinctoria.更多还原
