鸡骨香指纹图谱研究

【摘要】 目的:利用高效液相色谱建立鸡骨香挥发油的指纹图谱。方法采用PhenomenexLuna(2)C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%的磷酸溶液梯度洗脱,.流速为1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长225 nm,柱温30℃。结果:以甘菊酸为对照,通过对10批鸡骨香样品进行测定,标定了24个共有峰,并通过"中药色谱指纹图谱想色度评价系统"和聚类分析等辅助手段,计算相似度等相关参数。结论:该方法准确可靠,重现性好,为更好的控制鸡骨香药材挥发油内在质量提供了科学依据。
【Abstract】 Objective:To establish the chromatographic fingerprint of C.crassifoliusGeise.l by HPLC.Methods:The chromatographic fingerprint of C.crassifoliusGeise.l was established by HPLC with Phenomenex Luna(2) C18 柱(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm),acetonitrile-water(0.1%phosphoric acid) gradient elution,the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,column temperatures of 30 ℃,and detective wavelength at 225.Results:Taking Cypenrenoic acid as the reference peak,24 common-peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks.The similarities amomg samples of C.crassifoliusGeise.l amomg 10 approved samples and their standard chromatographic fingerprints were calculated with a software "Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of Chinese Materia Medica" published by GPC(Version 2004A) and cluster analysis.Conclusion:This method with better accuracy and reproducibility could be used in the quality control of C.crassifoliusGeise.l.
