【摘要】 目的建立刺薏复方胶囊中微量元素的含量测定方法,进一步完善其质量标准。方法:采用微波消解法处理样品,用原子吸收分光光度法(AAS)和原子荧光分光光度法(AFS)测定刺薏复方胶囊及相关药材中Cd、Pb、Cu、As、Hg、Zn、Fe、Mn的含量。结果:各元素线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9972~1.0000,回收率试验结果95.10%~100.6%,符合分析要求。结论:该方法精密度好,准确性高,可作为该制剂及相关药材中微量元素的含量测定方法,测定刺薏复方胶囊及相关药材中Cd、Pb、As、Hg、Cu的含量符合国家要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a method for the determination of trace elements Ciyi compound capsule,and further improve its quality standards.Methods:The samples were treated by microwave digestion,by atomic absorption spectrophotometry(AAS) and atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry(AFS) Determination Ciyi compound capsule and related herbs Cd,Pb,Cu,As,Hg,Zn,Fe,Mn content.Results:All the elements of good linear correlation coefficient of 0.9972 ~ 1.0000,recovery test results of 95.10%~ 100.6%,in line with the analysis requirements.Conclusion:This method is accurate,high accuracy,can be used as the preparation method for the determination of trace elements in medicine and related measurementCiyi compound capsuleand related medicines intheCd、 Pb,As、 Hg 、Cucontent are in line with national requirements.更多还原
