基于实验研究的“诸参辛芍叛藜芦”反药组合宜忌条件分析(摘要)

【摘要】 目的:在万方、维普和CNKI搜集并整理1949以来年有关"诸参辛芍叛藜芦"的实验研究文献,针对十八反中"诸参辛芍叛藜芦"反药组合的宜忌条件进行初步讨论,以期对今后的研究提供帮助和参考。方法:结合相关文献,主要以"诸参辛芍叛藜芦"反药组合不同剂量、不同比例、不同炮制品种等几个方面为主要切入点,归纳出十八反中"诸参辛芍叛藜芦"反药组合的配伍宜忌条件。结果:人参藜芦反药组合:针对人参与藜芦2.63:1和10:1的比例研究较多,这两组比例均表现出不同程度的毒性;而人参与藜芦以9:1的比例配伍,藜芦能拮抗人参的补虚扶正作用。结合现有的实验结果来看,人参与藜芦1:10-10:1的比例可以初步认为是人参藜芦反药组合的禁忌条件。苦参藜芦反药组合:苦参与藜芦以10:1的比例配伍,藜芦可以拮抗苦参的降压作用。初步认为这是苦参藜芦反药组合的禁忌条件。玄参藜芦反药组合:玄参藜芦10:1配伍后未观测到不良反应,因相关研究较少,这一比例是否能作为玄参藜芦反药组合的适宜条件,仍然需要探讨。玄参1.257g/kg,藜芦0.075g/kg(折算成成人临床用量为玄参14g/d,藜芦0.84g/d均未超过药典规定的剂量)的剂量可以降低P450蛋白的含量,但是却能诱导CYP3A1和CYP3A2蛋白的表达,故无法具体判断这一配比是适宜条件还是禁忌条件。丹参藜芦反药组合:丹参与藜芦10:1配伍会减弱丹参的降压作用,在5:1配伍时所表现的毒性较强。但其他研究表明,丹参与藜芦在10:1-2:1时没有表现出毒性,因实验结果与所研究的角度有所不同,故无法确定丹参与藜芦5:1和10:1-2:1是适宜条件还是禁忌条件。沙参藜芦反药组合:南沙参、北沙参分别与藜芦1:1配伍均表现出较大的毒性,北沙参与藜芦10:1配伍时会增加藜芦生物碱的溶出度。现有的研究结果表明,1:1和10:1的比例有可能是沙参藜芦反药组合的禁忌条件。芍药藜芦反药组合:赤芍与藜芦4:1、2:1、1:1、1:2、1:4配伍后,主要表现为对肾脏的损伤。赤芍与藜芦1:1配伍煎煮前后未观测到新的化合物生成。针对赤芍与藜芦1:1的比例,实验研究的角度有所不同,故这一比例到底是适宜条件还是禁忌条件有待进一步探讨。细辛藜芦反药组合:细辛与藜芦1:1配伍会对肝脏和。肾脏产生不同程度的损害,故细辛与藜芦1:1有可能是细辛藜芦反药组合的禁忌的条件,但因相关研究较少,也无法定论。
【Abstract】 Purpose:This article collected experimental material and articles in Wan Fang,VIP and CNKI about one pair of eighteen antoganisms:ginseng and resveratrol anti-drug combtioination from 1949 to the present,And we create a preliminary study on them.We expect to give the researchers some useful information in the further studies.Method:Combine the article,we try to find proper conditions and improper conditions under different dose,different proportions and different processing varieties of ginseng and resveratrol.Results:Panax ginseng and resveratrol anti-drug combination:According to the study,more studies focused on ginseng and resveratrol 2.63:1 and 10:1,these two groups of proportion showed varying degrees of toxicity,the proportions of 9:1 of ginseng and resveratrol,resveratrol can antagonize the effect of ginseng tonic righting.Combine the existing experimental results,the proportions of resveratrol and ginseng 1:10-10:1 can be preliminary considered the improper conditions of ginseng and resveratrol anti drug combinations.Matrine and resveratrol anti drug combinations:Matrine and resveratrol in 10:1 proportion,resveratrol can antagonistic the the blood pressure lowering effect of marine.We preliminary consider that it is improper conditions of Matrine and resveratrol anti drug combinations.Figwort and resveratrol anti-drug combinations:No side effect are observed when figwort and resveratrol with a proporation of 10:1 but lacking of related research,whether the proportion can be used as proper conditions still need to study.Scrophularia 1.257g/kg resveratrol 0.075g/kg,(converted into adult clinical dosage of Radix Scrophulariae 14g/d,0.84g/d did not reach exceed the resveratrol Pharmacopoeia dose) dose can reduce the content of P450 protein expression,but can induce CYP3A1 and CYP3A2 protein,so it is unable to judge the specific of this ratio is proper conditions or improper conditions.Salvia miltiorrhiza and resveratrol anti-drug combinations:Salvia miltiorrhiza and resveratrol with a proportion of 10:1,the blood pressure lowering effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza can be inhibition.But other studies show that resveratrol,Salvia miltiorrhiza and at 10:1-2:1 showed no toxicity,because of the experimental results is different from the perspective of the institute,this makes it impossible to determine the effects of Salvia miltiorrhiza and resveratrol in 5:1 and 10:1-2:1 are poper conditions or improper conditions.Adenophora and resveratrol anti-drug combination:Nansha ginseng,Radix Glehniae respectively with 1:1 compatibility of resveratrol showed significant toxicity,Bei Sha and resveratrol with aproportion of 10:1 can increase the dissolution of veratrum alkaloid.Existing research results show that,1:1 and 10:1 ratio could be improper conditions of adenophora resveratrol anti-drug combination.Resveratrol and Peony anti-drug combination:Radix paeoniae rubra and resveratrol,2:1 1:1,4:1,1:2,1:4 compatibility,main performance is kidney damage.Before and after the 1:1 compatibility of Radix Paeoniae Rubra and resveratrol decoction was observed in the formation of new compounds.According to the ratio of 1:1 and resveratrol in Radix Paeoniae Rubra,experimental study on different perspectives,so this ratio is proper conditions or improper conditions needs to be studied further.Asarum and resveratrol 1:1compatibility of Asarum and resveratrol will produce different degrees of damage to the liver and kidney,so 1:1 may be Asarum and resveratrol anti-drug combination and compatibility proper conditions,but because of less relevant research,this issue also can not be conclusive.
