【摘要】 目的:探讨当归补血汤不同配伍比例对血虚证模型小鼠脏器系数的影响。方法:采用综合造模法——限食、劳倦及放血的方法制备血虚证小鼠模型.通过检测血常规中各项指标确定小鼠血虚程度并进行分组,分组后各组分别通过灌胃给予黄芪当归比例为1:1、2:1、3:1、4:1、5:1的当归补血汤,连续给药7天。每天观察各组小鼠毛发、精神状况、耳廓、尾巴、粪便等体征的变化并通过电子天平称量记录小鼠的体重,每天定时记录饮水量的情况并更新饮水;通过每天测量小鼠肛温一次并记录,以便观察小鼠血虚发热的恢复程度;7天后使用颈部脱臼法处死小鼠,摘取肝、脾、左右肾和胸腺,使用精密电子天平称取脏器质量,计算脏器系数。结果:连续给药7天后,通过观察可发现各小组小鼠血虚证体征均有明显变化,毛发色泽明亮,耳廓、尾巴活动有明显改善,粪便成型,精神状况有好转,5:1比例组小鼠变化最为明显,血虚体征的好转程度较其他小组尤为显著。通过对脏器系数的测量、汇总记录,运用SPSS分析,结果发现黄芪当归5:1组对血虚证模型小鼠的肝脏、脾脏、左肾的脏器系数增大最明显,而黄芪当归5:1组右肾脏器系数增大幅度也仅仅次于黄芪当归4:1组。结论:在修复血虚证小鼠模型肝、脾、左肾脏器方面,当归补血汤的配伍比例即黄芪与当归用量5:1效果最佳,能有效的对小鼠血虚体征进行良好的治疗,进而防止这些脏器发生继发性萎缩和退行性改变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of Angelica Decoction for Replenishing Blood in different proportion compatibility on the organ coefficient of blood deficiency model in mice.Method:By using the comprehensive methods to make the model,such as restricted diet,overstrain and the bloodletting to prepare the blood deficiency model in mice,we determined the related debilities degree by detecting the blood routine test and grouped mice,each group respectively gave the different proportion of Astragalus and Angelica,such as 1:1,2:1,3:1,4:1,5:1 by gavage continuously 7 day.We observed the symptom of hair,energetic condition,auricle,tail,excrement changes and weighing through the electronic balance and recorded mouse’s body weight every day.Recorded water intake fixed time and renewed water.According to the rectal temperature every day,observed the mouse fever degree caused by blood deficiency.After 7 days,we used the pate dislocation method to execute mouse,select the liver,the spleen,the kidney and the thymus.We weighed organs quality with precise electron balance and calculated the organs coefficient.Result:After 7 day,we found obvious changes in symptom through observing the various groups.The hair luster was bright,the auricle and the tail activity had distinct improvement.The feces had formed and the energetic condition had the change for the better.5:1 proportion group mouse changed most obviously,the blood deficiency and related debilities symptom changed better than the others.Through the survey of the organs coefficient,the summary of records and the analysis by SPSS 17.0,the result indicated the proportion 5:1 of Astragalus and Angelica group had increased significantly on organs coefficient of the mouse’s liver,the spleen,the left kidney.The proportion 5:1 of Astragalus and Angelica group of right kidney organs coefficient increases scope just merely the proportion 4:1 of Astragalus and Angelica group.Conclusion:In the repair of the organs coefficient,the Angelica Decoction for Replenishing Blood of the proportion 5:1 of Astragalus and Angelica was most effective.It can effectively treat the mouse blood deficiency,then prevent these internal organs to have the secondary atrophy and the degenerative diseases.更多还原
