北苍术挥发油对两种中药材仓储害虫的触杀及驱避活性研究(英文)

【摘要】 本研究的目的是确定北苍术挥发油的化学成分及其对赤拟谷盗和嗜卷书虱的触杀和驱避作用。采用水蒸气蒸馏法从北苍术中提取挥发油。采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术分析了北苍术的挥发油成分,共鉴定出46个化合物并测定了其相对含量,其中β-桉叶油醇(28.43%),对苯基苯甲醛(14.17%),茅术醇(11.23%),1R-a-蒎烯(5.49%),Hedycaryol(4.30%)和α-水芹烯(3.82%)为其主要成分。北苍术挥发油对赤拟谷盗和嗜卷书虱的触杀活性LD50分别为18.13μg/adult和19.98μg/cm2。在78.63,15.73和3.15 nL/cm2浓度下,挥发油对于赤拟谷盗经过两小时的驱避率分别为98%,90%和50%。在31.58,6.32和1.26 nL/cm2浓度下,挥发油对于嗜卷书虱经过两小时的驱避率分别为100%,98%和92%。结果表明,北苍术挥发油可用于中药材仓储害虫的防治。

【Abstract】 During our screening program for agrochemicals from Chinese medicinal herbs and wild plants,the essential oil of Atractylodes chinensis rhizomes was found to possess strong contact toxicity against Tribolium castaneum and Liposcelis bostrychophila adults with LD50values of 18.13 μg/adult and 19.98 μg/cm2.The essential oil obtained by hydrodistillation was investigated by GC-FID and GC-MS.The main components of the essential oil of A.chinensis were identified to be P-eudesmol(28.43%),4-biphenylcarboxaldehyde(14.17%),hinesol(11.23%),IR-α-pinene(5.49%),Hedycaryol(4.30%) and α-phellandrene(3.82%).Repellency of the crude oil was also determined.The essential oil was strongly repellent against T.castaneum(100%,98% and 92%,respectively,at 78.63,15.73 and 3.15 nL/cm2,after 2 h treatment) and L.bostrychophila(98%,90% and 50%,respectively,at 31.58,6.32,1.26 nL/cm2,after 2 h treatment).The results indicate that the essential oil of A.chinensis rhizomes had the potential to be developed as natural insecticides and repellents for control of T.castaneum and L.bostrychophila.
