【摘要】 目的:研究柔毛冠盖藤根茎的化学成分。方法:采用溶剂萃取、色谱法、重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从柔毛冠盖藤根茎乙醇提取物中分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为:木栓酮(1)、1,8-二羟基蒽醌(2)、木栓醇(3)、海棠果醛(4)、β-香树素(5)、β-谷甾醇(6)、7-羟基-8-甲氧基香豆素(7)、伞形花内酯(8)、胡萝卜苷(9)、茵芋苷(10)、秦皮苷(11)、正丁基-β-D-吡喃果糖苷(12)、7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-8-甲氧基苯并吡喃酮(13)、丁香苷(14)。结论:化合物1~3、5~14为首次从该属植物中分离得到,所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Pileostegia viburnoides var.Glabrescens.Methods:The compounds were isolated and purified by various techniques.Their structures were identified on the basis of their physicochemical properties and spectroscopic data.Results:Fourteen compounds were isolated and identified as friedelin(1),1,8-dihydroxyanthraquinone(2),fiiedelinol(3),canophyllal(4),p-amyrin(5),P-sitosteroI(6),hydrangetin(7),umbelliferone(8),daucosterol(9),skimmin(10),fraxin(11),n-butyl-β-D-fructopyranoside(12),7-0-P-D-glucopyranosyl-8-methoxyenzopyranpne(13) and syringin(14).Conclusion:Compounds 1~3、 5~14 were obtained from this genus for the first time and all the compounds were obtained from P.viburnoides var.glabrescens for the first time.更多还原
