【摘要】 中药复方是中医药治疗疾病的主要形式。阐明中药复方药效物质基础对于促进中医药现代化具有重要的意义。本文介绍了我国中药复方研究的现状,梳理了中药复方研究领域出现的5个主要的研究思路,并综述了现阶段中药复方药效物质基础研究领域主要的研究方法,既包括传统的研究方法,如拆方研究、药对研究,也包括血清药理学和血清药物化学、代谢组学、蛋白质组学、基因组学在内的多种现代技术,以期为中药复方药效物质基础研究提供指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chinese herbal formula is the main form of treatment of disease of traditional Chinese medicine.It has important significance to clarify the potential basis of Chinese herbal formula for promoting modernization of Chinese medicine.This paper discribes the status of traditional Chinese medicine research,reviews five major research ideas ever appeared in the field of traditional Chinese medicine,and summarizes the main research methods in studies on the potential basis of Chinese herbal formula,including both traditional methods and modern technology,such as altering prescriptions,drug combination studies,serum pharmacology and serum chemistry,metabolomics,proteomics and genomics,aiming to provide guidance for studies on potential basis of Chinese herbal formula.更多还原
