【摘要】 一般认为"肝主升发"与"肝主生发"二者之间意义相同,常常出现相互代用的现象。然而从象思维的角度分析"升""生"二字,其本意存在着一定的差异。"升"与"降"相对,指位置的提升;而"生"除了有向上位移之意外,还有生机化育之意。通过对《黄帝内经》中有关肝与"生发"的条文进行分析与讨论,挖掘"肝"与"生发"的密切关系。同时说明了《黄帝内经》中"肝主生发"的内涵更为广阔,更加适合描述肝复杂的生理特性。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is now generally granted that ‘liver managing rising’ and ’liver governing growth’ has the same or approximately same meaning.Some assumes these two words are synonym,and can replace each other.But they are deeply different,viewed from the thinking of ’xiang’.The ’rising’ refers to the ascension of location,in comparison to ’falling’.But the’growth’ is related to vitality germination except for the ascension of location,which is closely related to the liver in comparison to ’rising’.Through analysis original texts about ’liver governing growth’ of Inner Canon of Huangdi,this paper analysised the relationship between liver and growth,and proved that the connotation of ’liver governing growth’ was much wider,which was more suitable to describe the physiological characteristics of liver.更多还原
