基于Ilizarov技术原理设计应用肘关节屈曲挛缩畸形矫正器

【摘要】 目的:应用Ilizarov技术原理设计一种肘关节屈曲挛缩矫正器。方法:结合机械力学、材料学、人体肘关节的生物力学特性等多学科,运用计算机三维模拟制图等技术进行设计。结果:目前已设计出初步方案并已成功获得国家知识产权局申报相关专利(实用新型专利:201120522686.2;发明专利:201110417797.1)。结论:时关节屈曲挛缩畸形矫正器获得初步设计方案和临床使用性验证。
【Abstract】 Objective:To design a new deformity correction device for elbow flexion extension contracture based on Ilizarov technique and finish the application mechanical.Methods:Combined the mechanics.materials science and the elbow of human body biomechanical properties or disciplines,designed with three-dimensional computer simulation,grapbics and other techniques.Results:At present the preliminary program had designed and related patents had been gained successfully to the state intellectual property office.Consist of utility model and invention patents.Conclusion:The new deformity correction device for elbow device would be get preliminary design scheme and clinical practical applicability verification successful.
