【摘要】 目的:探讨并提高对血管萎缩性皮肤异色病的认识。方法:通过对1例血管萎缩性皮肤异色病患者的临床资料和文献的复习,详细分析血管萎缩性皮肤异色病的历史、病因、临床表现、诊断与鉴别诊断、治疗及预后。结果:根据患者临床表现,结合各项检查,诊断为血管萎缩性皮肤异色病。结论:血管萎缩性皮肤异色病是一种少见的色素障碍性疾病,临床上虽有特发型,但不少患者可逐步发展为蕈样肉芽肿,故治疗的关键是对患者长期追踪随访。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:explore and improve the understanding of the poikikiloderma vasculare atrophicans.Methods:Through the clinical data of a patient of poikikiloderma vasculare atrophicans and the literature review,detailed analyze the history,etiology,clinical manifestations,diagnosis and differential diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of the disease.Results:according to clinical manifestations and the inspection,,the illness was diagnosed as poikikiloderma vasculare atrophicans.Conclusions:poikikiloderma vasculare atrophicans is a rare pigment disorders,although idiopathic clinical,many patients can gradually develop into mycosis fungoides,So the key to treatment is long-term follow up in patients.更多还原
