【摘要】 目的:探讨萆薢柴胡颗粒联合阿齐霉素与单纯阿齐霉素治疗NGU(MPC)的临床疗效及其调节免疫因子作用的研究。方法:将88例湿热血瘀型Ct感染患者随机分为中西医结合组和单纯西药组。在西药治疗的基础上,中西医结合组加服中药萆薢柴胡颗粒剂。采用酶联免疫吸附试验对两组的依从患者,进行治疗前后血清IFN-γ和IL-4分泌水平的检测。结果:中西医结合组的总有效率(90.7%)显著高于单纯西药组(73.3%)(P<0.01)。与对照组比较,治疗前两组患者血清IFN-γ分泌水平显著降低、IL-4分泌水平显著升高(P均<0.01);治疗后与治疗前比较,两组患者血清IFN-γ分泌水平升高、IL-4分泌水平降低,差别具有显著的统计学意义(P均<0.01);除单纯西药组IFN-γ外,其余各指标治疗后与对照组比较均无统计学意义。结论:萆薢柴胡颗粒联合阿齐霉素使用,可以显著提高临床对Ct感染所致NGU和MPC的疗效,并可有效调节Ct感染患者Th1/Th2平衡。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the curative efficiency of Chinese medical herbs,Bi-xie Chai-hu granule,combined with Azithromycin or Azithromycin alone in patients with nongonococal urethritis(NGU) and mucopurulent cervicitis(MPC) caused by Chlamydiatrachomatis(Ct),and to compare their modulated effect on the balance of Th1/Th2.Methods:88 Ct-mfected patients with NGU and MPC,while companied with symptoms of damp-heat & blood stagnancy,were randomly divided into two groups,the integrated treatment group:patients took Chinese medicine of Bi-xie Chai-hu granule combined Azithromycin;the antibiotic alone group:only took Azithromycin.The serum contents of FFN-y and IL-4 were detected with ELISA method in the compliant patients before and at the end of the study.Results:The total efficiency rate in the integrated treatment group(90.7%) was significantly higher than that in antibiotic alone group(73.3%),P<0.01.Compared with normal control at the beginning of the trial,the serum of IFN-γ was lower and IL-4 was higher significantly in both treatment groups.After one period of treatment,the contents of IFN-γ increased and IL-4 decreased markedly than those at the beginning of the study,and besides the content of IFN-γ in antibiotic alone group,all profiles were no difference with the normal control at the end of the sutdy.Conclusions:The Bi-xie Chai-hu granule integrated with Azithromycin greatly promoted the curative efficiency in Ct-infected patients,and it had good effect on the balance of Th1/Th2.更多还原
