基于双指标序列分析和聚类分析的秦艽红外指纹图谱比较研究

【摘要】 目的寻找一种快速、有效鉴别秦艽产地及品种的方法。方法利用双指标分析法(共有峰率和变异峰率)和聚类分析法,对不同产地及品种的秦艽红外指纹图谱进行分析。结果鉴别结果与产地及品种一致;4种秦艽可分为3类,即粗茎秦艽与麻花秦艽为一类,其余各为一类。结论红外光谱指纹图谱结合双指标序列分析法或聚类分析法,可以对两个或多个不同产地及品种的秦艽样品进行方便可靠的鉴别。
【Abstract】 Objective To develop an effective method for tracing the regions and origin of Gentianae Macrophyllae radix by using infrared fingerprints.Method The methods of sequential analysis of dual-indexesand cluster analysis were used to investigate the infrared fingerprints of Gentianae Macrophyllae radix collected from different places and varieties.Result The results were in line with the producing area and species.4 species Gentianae Macrophyllae radix were split into 3 types,such as Gentiana crassicaulis and Gentiana straminea Maxim were same class,the rest of each was alone.Conclusion The infrared fingerprint coupled with the methods of sequential analysis of dual-indexes or cluster analysis could serve as a feasible way for tracing the origin of Gentianae Macrophyllae radix and provide a reference for authenticity and geographical origin traceability.
