复方鹿衔草缓释片剂处方工艺优选

【摘要】 目的开发复方鹿衔草的缓释片剂新剂型,对其处方工艺进行优选。方法以释放度为指标,设计正交实验优选处方工艺。结果优选的最佳处方工艺条件为:HPMC:EC为3:1,Lactose:MCC为4:1,粘合剂为95%乙醇。结论该处方工艺可行,为该复方的工业化生产提供了基础性依据。
【Abstract】 the development of compound sustained-release tablet of new dosage form of Chinese pyrola herb,optimization of the prescription process.Method to release degree as the index,orthogonal experiment design optimizing prescription.Optimizing the best prescription of process conditions for results:HPMC,EC is 3:1,Lactose,MCC is 4:1,95%ethanol,as its adhesive.Conclusion the prescription process is feasible for the compound provides fundamental basis for industrial production.
