星点设计-效应面法优化糖网合剂中蒲黄的提取工艺

【摘要】 目的优选糖网合剂中蒲黄的提取工艺条件。方法以干膏率和异鼠李素-3-O-新橙皮苷的含量为评价指标,对处方中蒲黄的水提工艺(单提、合提、包煎与否)和醇提工艺进行考察,确定提取方式;以乙醇体积分数、料液比、提取时间为考察因素,采用多元线性回归和二项式拟合,用星点设计-效应面法优选最佳工艺。结果最优提取工艺为8倍量60%乙醇回流提取3次,每次60min。结论优选的醇提工艺合理可行,可用于大生产。

【Abstract】 Objective:To optimize the extraction process of Typhae Pollen from Tangwang Mixture.Method: Using extraction rate and the content of isorhamnetin-3-O-neohesperidoside as the evaluation indicator,to determine the extraction ways of Typhae Pollenby comparing decocting technology andalcohol-extraction technology,among the decocting technology,investigating single extraction and mix extraction,and whether Typhae Pollen wrapped during decocting or not.Taking ethanol concentration,the amount of solvent and extraction time as investigate factors,using the multiple linear regression and binomial formula fitting,extraction process was optimized by response surface method.Result:Optimum extraction technology was as following:extracted 3times with 8-fold the amount of 60%ethanol for 60 minutes each time.Conclusion:The optimized ethanol extracted technology was reasonable,it could be applicated the large-scale production.
