【摘要】 目的:观察丁桂儿脐贴联合用药及丁桂儿口服用药对幼龄大鼠厌食模型的作用,评价其疗效。方法采用病因模拟法制备幼龄大鼠厌食模型,观测大鼠食量、体重、胃酸、胃蛋白酶及血浆CCK-8、β-内啡肽的含量变化,评价药物疗效。结果与正常大鼠比较,模型大鼠食量、体重、胃液量均显著降低,血浆CCK-8含量明显增高,提示大鼠食量减退,生长缓慢,且无腹泻等其他症状出现,较符合小儿厌食表现。丁桂儿口服药物及丁桂儿脐贴联合用药对上述指标有部分调节作用,特别是丁桂儿脐贴联合用药可显著降低厌食模型大鼠血浆CCK-8含量,增高厌食模型大鼠血浆β-内啡肽含量。结论丁桂儿脐贴联合用药对幼龄大鼠厌食模型有一定疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of Dingguierpaste combination with other drugs and Dingguier oral drugs on the juvenile rat model of anorexia.MethodsJuvenile rat model of anorexia was established by etiologysimulation method.Thenthe food intake,body weight,the contents of hydrochloric acid and pepsinin gastric juice were observed,and the variation ofCCK-8and β-endorphin in plasma were alsodetected.ResultsCompared to normal rats,the food intake,body weight and the volume of gastric juice of the model ratswere significantly decreased.And the contents of CCK-8 in plasma increased obviously in model rats.The symptoms of model rats were relatively accordance with infantile anorexia.Dingguier oral drugs and its combinations with other drugs have partly effects on model rats,particularly Dingguier combinations with other drugs can decreased the volume of CCK-8 in plasma in the young rats model of anorexia and increased the volume of β-endorphin in plasma.ConclusionDingguiercombinations with other drugs have someeffectson the juvenile rats model of anorexia.更多还原
