【摘要】 目的观察丁桂儿脐贴联合用药及口服用药对功能性消化不良动物模型胃肠道分泌及运动功能的影响。方法采用大鼠FD模型,进行胃酸、胃蛋白酶、胃肠激素及胃肠动力检测;采用胃排空及小肠推进实验观察药物对小鼠胃肠运动异常的影响。结果1.丁桂儿各组对FD大鼠模型胃酸、胃蛋白酶分泌无显著影响;2.丁桂儿脐贴小、中、大剂量联合健胃消食片可显著降低FD模型大鼠血浆CCK-8含量,丁桂儿口服组、丁桂儿小、中、大剂量联合健胃消食片组、丁桂儿小、中、大联合莫沙必利组均可显著升高模型大鼠血浆MTL含量;3.丁桂儿脐贴小剂量+莫沙必利组、丁桂儿口服组可显著增强肾上腺素负荷小鼠模型的小肠推进率;4.丁桂儿脐贴小剂量+阿托品组可显著抑制新斯的明负荷小鼠模型的小肠推进率。结论丁桂儿脐贴联合及口服用药可能通过调节胃肠动力及胃肠激素的分泌缓解FD相关症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to observe the influence of Dingguier paste with other drugs and Dingguier oral medicine on gastrointestinal tract secretion and motor function of FD model.Methods FD rat model was used to detect the changes of secretion of gastric acid,pepsin and gastrointestinal hormone.Gastrointestinal motor function was also observed.Gastric empting test and small intestine movement test were used to analyse the influence of Dingguier on abnormal gastrointestinal motor function of mouse model.Results 1.There are no influence on secretion of gastric acid and pepcin;2.Dingguier paste combination with Jianweixiaoshitablet could decrease the CCK-8 content of FD rat plasma.Dingguier paste combination with Jianweixiaoshitablet or mosapride and Dingguier oral medicine could increase the MTL content of FD rat plasma.3 Dingguier paste combination with mosapride and oral medicine could increase the small intestine propulsion rates of adrenergic mouse model.4.Dingguier paste combination with atropine could restrain the small intestine propulsion rates of neostigmine mouse model.Conclusion Dingguier paste combination with other drugs and Dingguier oral medicine could relief the symptoms of FD by regulating the gastrointestinal motility and hormone.更多还原
