【摘要】 目的建立三七总皂苷凝胶膏剂的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法进行定性鉴别;高效液相色谱法对三七总皂苷凝胶膏剂中的三七皂苷R₁、人参皂苷Rg₁、人参皂苷Rb₁三种成分进行测定;按《中国药典》（2010年版一部）方法考察凝胶膏剂的含膏量及赋形性。结果三七皂苷R₁、人参皂苷Rg₁、人参皂苷Rb₁在同一块薄层板上分离度良好,专属性强;三七总皂苷凝胶膏剂中三种成分的含量稳定,其含量分别为三七皂苷R₁ 1.68 mg·g-1,人参皂苷Rg₁14.6 mg·g-1,人参皂苷Rb₁ 3.30 mg·g-1;其含膏量及赋形性符合要求。结论该方法可靠、简便、准确,可作为三七总皂苷凝胶膏剂的质量控制方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the quality standards of Panax natoginseng Total Saponins Gel ointments.Methods According to ’Chinese pharmacopoeia’（2010 version first）,the Ointments content and assignment of gel ointments shape were investigated.Thin layer chromatography（TLC） was used for qualitative identification,and high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） method was employed for determining total saponins of panax notoginseng gel preparation of notoginseng saponin R₁,ginseng saponins Rg₁,ginseng saponins Rb₁ three components,respectively.ResultsA desired separating degree and specificity of panax notoginseng saponins R₁,ginseng saponins Rg₁,ginseng saponins Rb₁ on the same piece on thin layer plate were obtained.Notoginseng total saponin content of three components in gel preparation was stable:the concentration of notoginseng saponin R₁ of 1.68 mg ? g-1,ginseng saponins Rg₁ of 14.6 mg ? g-1,ginseng saponins Rb₁ of 3.30 mg ? g-1,respectably.The ointments content and assign a morphic meets the requirements.Conclusion The proposed method is reliable,simple and precise,and it can be used for Panax natoginseng Total Saponins Gel Ointments of quality control.更多还原
