黄芩酶法提取液中微量元素形态变化分析

【摘要】 目的对黄芩酶法与非酶法提取液中微量元素铜铁锌锰形态变化进行分析。方法用D101型大孔树脂将黄芩酶法和非酶法提取液中Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn分为有机态和无机态,用ICP-MC和ICP-AES测定有机态和无机态微量元素的含量。结果加酶后黄芩的微量元素游离态和络合态溶出的比例和数量有了显著的变化。结论加酶能改变黄芩提取液中微量元素络合态和游离态的比例和数量,从而有可能影响到其药理作用。
【Abstract】 ObjectiveMorphoanalyse of Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn in Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi extraction liquids with /without enzymolysis.Methods Organic and inorganic states of Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn in Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi extraction liquids with /without enzyme added were separated by D101 macroporous resin and were determined with ICP-MC and ICP-AES.Results The rates and amounts of organic and inorganic states of Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn in Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi extraction liquids with /without enzyme added have been remarkable changed.Conclusion The enzymolysis in extraction are able to change the rates and amounts of trace elements that are included in Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi extraction liquid.
