【摘要】 目的:观察一指禅手法对椎动脉型颈椎病患者椎动脉血流动力学的影响。方法:将60例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组采用按揉法治疗,治疗组采用一指禅手法治疗,两组治疗前后均行彩色经颅多普勒超声(TCD)检查椎动脉(VA)的收缩期峰值血流速度(Vs)、舒张末期血流速度(Vd)和阻力指数(RI)。结果:治疗组治疗后椎动脉(VA)的收缩期峰值血流速度和舒张末期血流速度明显增快(P<0.05),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:一指禅手法对椎动脉型颈椎病患者椎动脉的血流动力学有明显改善作用,其改善作用优于普通按揉手法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the hemodynamic Influence of manipulation with one finger on Vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.Methods:60 patients of Vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was treated by rubbing reduction,the treatment group was treated by manipulation with one finger.To detect the systolic velocity(Vs),diastolic velocity(Vd) and resistance index(RI) of the Vertebral artery(VA)when two groups of before and after treatment by TCD.Results:The treatment group of vertebral arterial blood flow velocity after treatment were significantly faster than control group(P<0.05).The difference of two groups have Statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Manipulation with one finger to Vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis Vertebral arterial blood flow velocity have Significant improvement,the effect is better than the ordinary rubbing reduction.更多还原
