三维正骨推拿治疗腰突症临床观察

【摘要】 目的:研究三维正骨推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果,探讨推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的作用机理。方法将120例非重度腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为三维正骨推拿组和常规推拿组,每组各60例,观察两组临床疗效。结果三维正骨推拿组60例患者总有效率达96.6%;而60例患者总有效率为61.6%。三维正骨推拿组总有效率明显高于常规推拿组,两者比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三维正骨推拿组治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果显著,安全,是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of 3D manipulation massage treatment of lumbar disc herniation,and discuss the mechanism of massage treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods 120 cases of non severe lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into three bonesetting massage group and routine massage group,with 60 cases in each group,to observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results three-dimensional orthopedic Tuina group of 60 patients,the total effective rate was96.6%;60 patients total efficiency is 61.6%.Three-dimensional orthopedic Tuina group the total effective rate was significantly higher than that of routine massage group,there is statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion 3D manipulation massage treatment of lumbar disc herniation has significant effect,safety,is an effective method for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.更多还原
