【摘要】 目的:观察推拿对坐骨神经损伤大鼠行为学、NT-3的影响,探讨推拿促进神经损伤修复的机制。方法:采用坐骨神经夹持损伤模型,通过SFI、斜板实验、BBB评分观察正常组、假手术组、模型组、模型对照组、推拿组大鼠的行为学变化;通过免疫组化染色观察脊髓腹角NT-3表达,最后比较各组差异。结果:模型组和模型对照组大鼠行为学检测提示坐骨神经损伤大鼠的运动功能明显降低,推拿干预后,斜板试验、BBB评分明显升高,神经功能恢复情况优于模型组和模型对照组;SFI有一定程度恢复,但没有统计学差异。模型组、模型对照组及推拿组NT-3表达与正常组相比均有统计学差异,推拿组NT-3表达优于模型组。结论:中医推拿可通过促进NT-3表达,发挥抑制凋亡,促神经元存活的作用,为功能恢复创造条件,改善神经损伤大鼠的运动功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Observe the influence of Tuina therapy to NT-3 of sciatic nerve injury model rats in order to probe the mechanisms of Tuina therapy in sciatic nerve injury.Method Use the nerve clamping method to make the sciatic nerve injury model.Observe the SFI,oblique board test and BBB locomotion testing in each group as behavioral evidences.Then observe the density of NT-3in spinal cord by using immunohistochemistry.Result The oblique board test scores and BBB scores of the model group and bondage group are significantly lower than blank control group,while score of Tuina group is much higher.The SFI scores of Tuina group,model group and bondage group are significantly lower than blank control group,while Tuina group score is higher than model group,but still lower than blank control group.The immunohistochemistry shows that the amount of the NT-3 are all significantly different in model control group,bondage group and Tuina group.NT-3 is significantly higher in Tuina group.Conclusion Tuina therapy could treats the sciatic nerve injury by increasing NT-3.As a result,the survival of nerve cell is promoted by Tuina therapy,then the motor function of sciatic nerve injury rats are improved.更多还原
