茶树花黄酮的提取及对羟自由基清除效果的研究
Research on extracting Tea Flower flavonoids and its Effect on Scavenging Hydroxyl Radicals

【摘要】 通过对茶树花物料粒度、不同提取剂和提取方式的比较,研究茶树花黄酮的最佳提取工艺;并比较不同提取方法获得的茶树花黄酮提取物对羟自由基(·OH)的清除效果。结果表明:乙醇热回流提取的最佳工艺条件为:体积分数95%的乙醇,料液比1:15,80℃下批次提取90 min;超声波振荡提取最佳工艺为:体积分数95%的乙醇,料液比1:30,提取温度45℃,批次提取80 min。超声波结合热提法获得的茶树花黄酮提取物对·OH的清除效果最好。
【Abstract】 The optimal extraction process of Tea Flower flavonoids was studied by investigating different particle sizes,extraction reagents and methods.Comparisons were also made among the effect of different extracted flavonoids on scavenging hydroxyl radicals.Results showed that:(1) by heat extraction method,optimal conditions were:solid-liquid ratio was 1:15,extraction temper-ature was 80℃,volume fractions of ethanol was 95%,90 minutes at a time;or(2) by ultrasonic extraction method,optimal conditions were:solid-liquid ratio was 1:30,45℃,volume fractions of ethanol was 95%,80 minutes each time.Meanwhile Tea Flower flavonoids extracted by ultrasonic combined with heat extraction had the best effect on scavenging hydroxyl radicals.
