【摘要】 目的探讨参蛭心脑通胶囊对冠心病二级预防的临床疗效。方法将318例病程1个月~1年的初治冠心病患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。依次给予常规治疗+参蛭心脑通胶囊和常规治疗+阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,观察随访1年。结果经综合疗效,终点事件发生率及不良反应的比较,两组均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论参蛭心脑通胶囊缓解冠心病心绞痛、改善心电图、降低终点事件发生率及减少不良反应等方面均优于阿司匹林,应在冠心病二级预防中推广使用参蛭心脑通胶囊。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the ginseng leech of Shenzhixinnaotong Capsule on coronary heart disease two level prevention clinical curative effect.Methods 318 cases of the clinical course of 1 months to 1years of initial treatment in patients with coronary heart disease,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.In order to conventional treatment plus ginseng leech of Shenzhi Xinnaotong Capsule and conventional treatment plus aspirin enteric-coated tablets in the treatment,follow-up of 1 years.Results the comprehensive curative effect,end event rates and adverse reactions compared,two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion ginseng leech of Shenzhi Xinnaotong Capsule in relieving angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,improve the electrocardiogram,lower end event rate and decrease adverse reaction and other aspects are better than aspirin in coronary heart disease,two levels of prevention to promote the use of ShenzhiXinnaotong Capsule ginseng leech.更多还原
