【摘要】 气机升降失调是引起肿瘤的基本病理环节,气机升降理论是中医学理论体系的重要组成部分,其研究内容的基础包括左升右降的机理研究、升降出入的机理研究、升降理论的核心脏腑等,这些与肿瘤的病机、病理变化、用药治疗以及机体与肿瘤之间物质能量转化等有着密切的联系。近年的临床实践与实验研究均表明,运用扶正培本治疗肿瘤显示出一定的优势,而气机升降功能的失常与正虚有着密切的联系,因而应重视气机升降理论在肿瘤研究中的理论价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The imbalance of ascending and descending of functional activities of qiis the basic pathological aspects leading to tumor.The theory of ascending and descending of functional activities of qiisan important part of heory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),its research foundation including the mechanism of left- ascending and right-descending of qi,the mechanism of ascending-descending and coming in-going out of qi,and thecore zang-fu of ascending and descending of functional activities of qi.These are closely linked with tumor pathogenesis,pathological changes,drug therapy,material and energy conversion between the body and the tumor.In recent years,clinical practice and experimental studies show that the treatment of tumor using Chinese Medicine drug therapy for Supporting Zhengqihave certain advantages,and the balance of ascending and descending of functional activities of qihas closely linked with the deficient of Zheng qi.Thsu we should pay attention to the theory value of ascending and descending of functional activities of qiin tumor research.更多还原
