参附注射液对多西紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌减毒作用的研究

【摘要】 目的观察参附注射液对多西紫杉醇联合顺铂(DP)方案治疗非小细胞肺癌的减毒作用。方法 42例拟接受至少两周期DP方案化疗的非小细胞肺癌患者,随机分为DP组及DP加参附组,其中参附组在化疗周期前3天开始予参附注射液治疗,连续10天。通过随机对照,观察参附注射液对DP方案毒性的影响。结果参附组患者的白细胞、中性粒细胞毒性及呕吐反应均较DP组低(P<0.05)。参附注射液对气虚痰湿型患者显示出良好的减毒作用(P<0.05)。结论参附注射液能减轻DP方案治疗非小细胞肺癌时的血液学毒性和消化道毒性,对气虚痰湿型患者的减毒作用较明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the detoxification of Shenfu Injection(SHF) to Docetaxel plus Cisplatin(DP) for treating advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer(NSCLC).Methods 42 Patients with NSCLC were given at least two cycles of DP regimen and randomly divided into two groups:the single DP group and the DP+SHF group.The toxicity and syndromes were investigated.Results Among the42 patients,the leukopeia、 neutropenia and nausea/vomiting of DP+SHF were lower than DP(P<0.01),but the other toxicities of DP+SHF were similar to the single DP(P>0.05).Among the patients with syndromes of Qi-deficiency plus phlegm and dampness,the toxicities of DP+SHF were lower than single DP(P<0.01).C onclusions Shenfu Injection can decrease the toxicity of DP regimen.It is more effective to the patients with syndromes of Qi-deficiency plus phlegm and dampness.更多还原
