【摘要】 目的:观察自拟乳积方防治乳腺癌患者术后复发转移中的临床疗效,方法:回顾性分析109例手术后的乳腺癌患者,根据服药情况分为治疗组(乳积方配合西药组)57例和对照组(西药组)52例,观察患者的总生存(OS)、无疾病生存(DFS)、生存质量情况。结果:两组患者在年龄、月经状态、病理类型、临床分期、淋巴结转移情况、激素受体表达情况、Her-2表达情况等等基线方面,具备方差齐性,差异无统计学(P<0.05)。随访时间13-126个月,中位随访时间61个月。治疗组和对照组的3年DFS率分别为91.4%和68.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);3年OS率分别为100.0%和97.1%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);5年DFS率分别为63.6%和36.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。5年OS率分别为93.5%和62.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);采用乳腺癌患者生存质量评分系统(FACT-B)对患者生存质量进行评分,治疗组治疗后各项功能较治疗前均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组部分功能较治疗前有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后两组各项功能的评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:乳积方配合西药治疗乳腺癌术后患者,可进一步延长患者总生存及无疾病生存时间,改善患者生存质量,值得进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinic effect of Rujifang to prevent recurrence and metastasis in breast cancer patients after operation;Method:A retrospective study analyze 109 cases of breast cancer,all had accepted operate therapy were divided into treatment group(Rujifang combined with the western medicine,57 cases)and control group(the modern medicine,52 cases) according to the medicine record,to observe overall survival rate(OS) 、 disease-free survival rate(DFS) and quality of life for two groups.Results:There were no statistic difference in ages,catamenia stage,pathologic type,clinic stage,lymph nodes,hormonereceptor,Her-2 and so on for two groups.Follow-up visit 13-126 months for all patients,median follow up 61 months.There were no difference fortwo groups in 3-years OS were100.0%and 97.1%(P>0.05);and 5-years OS were 93.5%and 62.5%(P<0.01),3-years DFS were 91.4%and 68.4%(P<0.01),5-years DFS were 63.6%and 36.8%(P<0.01),all had statistic difference between two groups,respectively.Use the "Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy for Breast cancer"(FACT-B)system to evaluate the quality of life for all patients after the therapy,all scores in treatment group were improved,there were significant difference(P<0.01);some parts of scores in control group were improved,while also had a significant difference in control group(P<0.01);there were also a significant different between two groups(P<0.01) in all FACT-B system scores of post-treatment.Conclusions:The therepy of rujifang combined with western medicine could further improve the overall survival rate,disease free survival rate and the quality of life for post-operative breast cancer patients,and deserved further investigation.更多还原
