【摘要】 目的通过观察原发性肝癌患者手术前后舌象特征变化,为中医药应用于肝癌围手术期患者提供数据支持。方法手术前1天、手术后1、3、5天上午6:30-8:00,观察患者舌苔和舌下络脉,填写中医舌象调查表,用数码照相机留取舌体图片,对收集舌象数据进行统计分析。结果定性及定量结果均提示术前患者以青紫舌为主,术后第1天以红舌为主,术后第3、5天青紫舌重新占居首位(P<0.05)。术前表现为青紫舌组,术后舌质颜色R分量值升高,以术后第1天最明显,术前表现为非青紫舌组,术后舌质颜色R分量值逐渐下降(P<0.05)。手术后较手术前舌苔RGB各分量值逐渐下降(P<0.05)。术后胖大、齿痕、点刺舌有增多趋势(P<0.05)。手术前后皆以厚腻苔为主,且术后较术前比例逐渐上升(P<0.05)。术后第1天剥苔比例高于术前,术后第3、5天逐渐恢复。手术后较术前舌下络脉宽度明显降低,从术前3.05mm降至术后2.79mm,但术后1、3、5天舌下络脉均数大致保持一致,且仍高于正常舌下络脉宽度2.7mm。结论:血瘀、水湿、气虚证舌象贯穿原发性肝癌患者围手术期,术后5天内阴虚内热舌象比例有所增加。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe before and after operation in patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma of tongue image changes,to provide data support for the traditional Chinese medicine in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma during operation period applied to.Methods 1 day before operation,after operation 1,3,the morning of the 5 day of 6:30-8:00,observed in patients with tongue coating and sublingual collaterals,fill in the questionnaire of the tongue,tongue pictures with a digital camera,to collect data for statistical analysis of tongue.Results The results of qualitative and quantitative results indicated that preoperative patients with cyanotic tongue,first days after operation with red tongue,after third to 5 days,purple tongue to occupy first place(P < 0.05).Preoperative performance for the purple tongue group,postoperative tongue color R component value increased to first days after operation,the most obvious manifestation,preoperative non cyanotic tongue group,postoperative tongue color component value of R decreased gradually(P < 0.05).After the operation the operation of each component of coating RGB values decreased(P < 0.05).Postoperative fat,scalloped,prick tongue increased(P < 0.05).Before and after operation with thick greasy fur,and after preoperative ratio increased gradually(P < 0.05).After first days of peeling coating is higher than the preoperative,postoperative third,gradually recovered 5 days.After operation as compared to preoperative subungual vein width decreased from 3.05 mm to 2.79 mm before operation,after operation,but after 1,3,5 days of sublingual veins were generally consistent,and still higher than normal sublingual vein width 2.7mm.Conclusion Blood stasis,Qi deficiency,wet tongue through primary liver cancer patients during operation period,5 days after operation,the increase in the proportion of yin deficiency inner heat tongue.更多还原
