【摘要】 赤芍、白芍主要来源皆为毛茛科芍药Paeonia lactiflora Pall.的干燥根,两者化学成分有相似之处,但在原植物生长环境、药材加工方法及性状、饮片炮制工艺等方面有诸多不同,导致功用各有偏重,区别明显。本文通过对赤芍和白芍功效、临床应用、药理作用、品种来源、化学成分的整理分析,探寻赤芍和白芍功用差异的物质基础,为赤芍和白芍的品种鉴别和临床应用提供依据,为科学合理制定赤芍、白芍的药材质量标准奠定基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to Chinese Pharmacopoeia(20l0ed),Chishao.Paeoniae Radix Rubra and Baishao,Paeoniae Radix Alba are both from the root of Paeonia lactiflora Pall.In recent years,studies have known that Chishao and Baishao must have the resemblance in the chemical composition,but the differences have related to the ecological environment and the processing methods,this on firm that their functions are different,though they derive from the same original plants.This review based on the analysis of the relationship in Chishao and Baishao on characteristic index function and the genetical background and the analysis of the effects of the clinical and pharmacological to explore the material basis difference.What we did may provide more scientific data for identification and establishment of new quality control methods of the Paeoniae Radix Alba and Paeoniae Radix Rubra in the future.更多还原
