芍药苷及芍药内酯苷补血作用比较研究

【摘要】 目的研究赤芍、白芍及其有效成分芍药苷、芍药内酯苷对血虚小鼠的补血作用。方法采用综合放血法复制小鼠血虚模型,灌胃给予白芍水提物、赤芍水提物,检测小鼠外周血象,根据实验结果和赤白芍水提物中芍药苷、芍药内酯苷的含量,进一步采用同一实验方法进行芍药苷、芍药内酯苷补血作用比较研究。结果造模第7天,2 g·kg-1白芍和2 g·kg-1赤芍对红细胞和血红蛋白升高作用明显(P<0.01);造模第14天,2 g·kg-1白芍对红细胞和血红蛋白升高明显(P<0.01),2 g·kg-1赤芍作用不明显(P>0.05),同剂量组相比,红细胞数和血红蛋白含量差异不显著(P>0.05);造模第7天,120 mg·kg-1芍药苷、120 mg·kg-1芍药内酯苷对小鼠红细胞和血红蛋白升高作用明显(P<0.01),60 mg·kg-1芍药内酯苷、30mg·kg-1芍药内酯苷对红细胞和血红蛋白有提升作用(P<0.05);造模第14天,120 mg·kg-1芍药苷、芍药内酯苷各剂量组对红细胞、血红蛋白有较好的提升作用。与同剂量组的芍药苷相比,30 mg·kg-1芍药内酯苷、120 mg·kg-1芍药内酯苷的红细胞数升高明显,差异显著(P<0.05);30 mg·kg-1芍药内酯苷组的血红蛋白含量明显升高,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论白芍的补血作用略优于赤芍;芍药内酯苷具有补血作用且补血作用优于芍药苷;白芍有较强的补血作用可能与白芍中含有的芍药内酯苷有关。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of blood enriching on mouse model of blood deficiency syndrome of White Peony Root and Red Peony Root,Paeoniflorin and albiflorin.Method:Building the mouse model of blood deficiency syndrome induced by compound method of bleeding,starved feeding and exhausting of swimming,extract from White Peony Root and Red Peony Root were given during modeling.The amount of RBC、HGB were detected after the treatment.Based on the amount results of RBC、HGB and the paeoniflorin content、albiflorin content in White Peony Root and Red Peony Root,the same model and the same method were used to comparatively study the effect of blood enriching of paeoniflorin and albiflorin.Result:At the 7th day,the amount of RBC and HGB in model mice was significantly increased(P<0.01)by 2 g·kg-1 White Peony Root and 2 g·kg-1 Red Peony Root.At the 14 th day,the amount of RBC and HGB in model mice was significantly increased(P<0.01) by 2 g·kg-1 White Peony Root.The amount of RBC and HGB in mice treated with Red Peony Root had an increasing trend compared with the same dose of Red Peony Root,but the difference was not significant.In another experiment with the same model,the amount of RBC and HGB in model mice was significantly increased(P<0.01) by 120 mg·kg-1 paeoflorin and 120 mg-kg"1 albiflorin at the 7th day,meanwhile,60 mg·kg-1 and 30 mg·kg-1 albiflorin also increased the amount of RBC and HGB.At the 14 th day,120 mg·kg-1 paeoflorin and all doses of albiflorin increased the amount of RBC and HGB.Comepared with that of the same dose of paeoniflorin,the amount of RBC in mice was significantly increased(P<0.05) by 30 mg·kg-1 albiflorin and 120 mg·kg-1 albiflorin;the amount of HGB was significantly increased(P<0.05) by 30 mg·kg-1 albiflorin.Conclusion:White Peony Root has a better effect of blood enriching than Red Peony Root.Albiflorin is more effective in blood enriching than Paeoniflorin.Combining these,it infers that albiflorin involves in the better blood enriching effect of White Peony Root.
