【摘要】 黄连解毒汤及其有效组分的抗脑缺血作用展开了系列研究,认为在脑缺血急性期黄连解毒汤能减小梗死体积、减少神经细胞进行性坏死及改善短期学习记忆等,其作用机制与减少脑中自由基终产物MDA含量、增加大脑皮质和海马组织脑血流量、抑制炎症反应等有关。有关黄连解毒汤对脑缺血慢性损伤的保护作用机制还有待进一步地阐明。本文综述了黄连解毒汤在脑神经保护,及抗脑缺血作用方面的作用,为该药临床治疗缺血性脑卒中提供了实验依据,为今后进一步研究抗脑缺血中药提供了必要的实验基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 HJD and its effective ingredient against cerebral ischemia launched a series of studies that the acute phase of cerebral ischemia HJD can reduce infarct volume,reduce necrosis of nerve cells and improve short-term learning and memory,etc.,and its role free radical mechanism and reduce brain MDA in the final product,increasing cerebral cortex and hippocampus of cerebral blood flow,inhibit inflammation and so on.For HJD chronic cerebral ischemia injury mechanism remains to be further elucidated.In this paper,HJD in brain protection,and anti-ischemic effects of the role of the clinical treatment of ischemic stroke drug provides an experimental basis for further research on ischemic brain provides the necessary experimental medicine foundation.更多还原
