【摘要】 咖啡酰奎宁酸类化合物,是一类由奎宁酸与数目不等的咖啡酸通过酯键连接而成的酚酸类天然成分,广泛存在于植物界。该类成分具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗菌抗病毒、细胞保护、免疫调节、抗高血糖高血脂和抗癌等药理活性。本文对近10年来国内外对植物中常见的咖啡酰奎宁酸类化含物及其药理活性的研究进行综述,为此类成分的研究、开发和利用提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Caffeoylquinic acids,one kind of natural phenolic ingredients widespread in the plant kingdom,is combined by the quinic acid and caffeic acid via esteratic linkage.These ingredients exhibited significant pharmacological activities such as antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,antiviral,cytoprotective,immunomodulatory,anti-hyperglycemic,anti-hyperlipidemic and anticancer.In this paper,the research of caffeoylquinic acids and their pharmacological activities in recent ten yeas has been summarized.The review provides some information for the study,development and utilization of caffeoylquinic acids in future.更多还原
