区域创新系统耦合度改进模型及实证研究
Coupling Improved Model and the Empirical Study of Regional Innovation System

【摘要】 基于区域创新活动分工,将区域创新系统划分为知识创新子系统、技术创新子系统和创新服务子系统;在系统结构分析基础上,以系统要素与系统目标间作用关系为主线,构建了区域创新系统耦合度改进模型,选取上海市区域创新系统为实证案例,通过对比分析,对区域创新系统耦合度改进模型进行验证。
【Abstract】 As the division of regional innovation activities,the regional innovation system is divided into subsystems of knowledge innovation,technology innovation and innovation service.Based on the analysis of system structure,with the functional relationship between system elements and system targets as the main line,the coupling improved model on regional innovation system is built in this paper.Regional innovation system in Shanghai is selected for the empirical case to verify this improved model,through the comparison and analysis.
