【Abstract】 Based on grounded theory,a platform strategy analysis framework for mobile OS is established.Then the framework is generalized to IE-PSOTJ on the basis of PSOTJ theory,which is not just used in mobile OS scope.New framework includes 7 components:enterprise internal environment,enterprise external environment,value proposition,stakeholder clarification,obligatory passage point,value translation and juxtaposition.Finally,explanatory cases study on QQ IM and QQ.com are used to exam the framework.更多还原
