益智养神健脑丸对脑疲劳大鼠动物模型学习记忆能力及自由基的影响

【摘要】 目的研究益智养神健脑丸对大鼠"脑疲劳"模型的记忆力及自由基的影响,为其进一步开发应用提供实验依据。方法利用声、光、电联合刺激法建立大鼠"脑疲劳"模型,采用造模同时给药和造模后给药两种方式,灌胃给予益智养神健脑丸原料药溶液,连续给药28天。观察各组大鼠给药前后一般状态和体重的变化,生化法检测血中一氧化氮(NO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)水平。结果与模型组相比较,益智养神健脑丸能够明显改善模型大鼠学习记忆能力,升高血清中NO和SOD水平,降低MDA水平。结论益智养神健脑丸可能通过提高机体清除氧自由基的能力途径,从而改善"脑疲劳"模型大鼠学习记忆能力,达到明显的预防和治疗作用。
【Abstract】 Objective:To research the effect of YIZHI YANGSHENG JIANNAOWAN on learning memory ability and free radicals of brain fatigue rats model,and it will provide the experimental basis for further development and application.Methods:Using the method of sound,light,electricity joint stimulation to establish the "brain fatigue" model rats,using two ways of modeling at the same dosage and dosing after modeling.API solution of YIZHI YANGSHENG JIANNAOWAN was filled in the stomach for 28 days continuously.And observe each group rats general state and weight changes before and after dosing with biochemical method to detect NO in blood,SOD and MDA.Results:Compared with the modeling group,YIZHI YANGSHENG JIANNAOWAN could improve the learning memory ability in rat models obviously and increase the serum level of NO and SOD and decrease the MDA level.Conclusion:YIZHI YANGSHENG JIANNAOWAN can remove oxygen free radicals by improving its body ability to improve the learning memory ability in "brain fatigue" rat models.It can achieve prevention and treatment obviously.
