【摘要】 目的:观察自拟四虫散联合鸦胆子油乳配合化疗/分子靶向治疗非小细胞肺癌脑转移患者的临床疗效和安全性。方法:采用前瞻性随机对照方法,按随机数字表将68例非小细胞肺癌脑转移患者随机分为治疗组33例和对照组35例,观察患者的生存时间、生活质量和不良反应。结果:所有患者中位随访时间13.2月。治疗组中位生存期11.7个月,对照组中位生存期9.4个月,治疗组有延长生存期趋势,但两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组中治疗后躯体功能改善、症状减轻、总的生活质量较前提高;对照组治疗后恶心呕吐较明显、总的生活质量未见明显改善。治疗组治疗后较对照组的躯体功能、肿瘤症状及总的生活质量要高,恶心呕吐反应明显要轻,3-4级中性粒细胞下降数量要少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医综合治疗能达到减毒增效,提高肺癌脑转移患者的生活质量的作用,并有延长生存时间趋势,值得进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of si-chong powderbrucea and javanica oil emulsioncombined withchemotherapy or molecular targeted treatment for non-small cell lung cancer patients with brainmetastasis.Methods:According to RCT,Sixty eight NSCLC patients with brain metastasis were randomly assigned to two groups,33 patients in the treatment arm and 35 patients in the controlled arm,The OS、 QOL and adverse reaction were evaluated.Results:All patients were followed up for 13.2months.No significant difference was evaluated in survival time of two arm patients.The median survival time of patients in the treatment arm was 11.7months longer than the 9.4months in the controlled arm,but no difference was fbund(p>0.05).Physical well-being、ability and Qol of patients in treatment arm were improved,but were not improved because of nausea in control arm.Qol of patients in treatment arm were better than that of control arm.Patients with nausea and grade 3-4 NEUT deceased were less in treatment arm.(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM therapy combined with chemotherapy or molecular targeted would reduce the ADR、 enhance the efficacy and improve the QOL,may prolong the survival time,and deserved more evaluation.更多还原
