【摘要】 目的:观察吗啡PCA(自控镇痛)皮下泵快速滴定方法及维持镇痛效果。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,观察中重度癌痛患者使用吗啡PCA皮下泵镇痛疗效,评价快速滴定时间、镇痛起效时间和镇痛维持时间。结果:PCA皮下泵镇痛起效时间为31.8min,缓解疼痛快速。滴定时间短,约为16h,维持镇痛时间长约为15.76h;PCA皮下泵治疗疼痛缓解率约为97.5%。呼吸抑制、便秘、排尿困难、嗜睡、眩晕、恶心呕吐副反应经对症处理均能有效缓解,无严重并发症。结论:中重度癌痛吗啡PCA皮下泵快速滴定方法镇痛起效快,且滴定至稳定镇痛时间明显缩短,临床应用安全,能较好改善患者生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiverTo evaluate the quick Titration of Subcutaneous Morphine by PCA Pump and observe the analgesia effect.Methods:450patients with Moderate or Severe Cancer Pain were studied retrospectively,analyzed and recorded the time of Morphine Titration,time to onset of analgesia,time of maintenance of analgesia.ResuIts:the time of Morphine Titration was 16 h,time to onset of analgesia was 31.8min,time of maintenance of analgesia was 15.76 h.thePain relief rate was 97.5%.The sidereaction and toxicity such as respiratory depression,constipation,dysuria,hypersomnia,dizzy,nausea and vomiting were well relief by Expectant treatment,there occurred no severe complication.Conclusion:.The effect of subcutaneous morphine by PCA pump with Quick Titration Therapy was definite,it could better improve the quality of life,and it was safe and was worthy of applying.更多还原
