【摘要】 目的比较研究超声、腹部X线平片、DSCT 3种影像检查技术在结肠肿瘤性肠梗阻诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析我院2010年10月至201 1年8月因腹痛至我院急诊科就诊,最后手术证实为结肠肿瘤性肠梗阻且术前均行腹部B超、X线平片及DSCT 3种检查的45例患者的临床资料,对诊断结果进行分析。结果DSCT对结肠肿瘤性肠梗阻的诊断符合率明显高于超声与X线平片,对梗阻部位的判断正确率也优子超声和X线平片。DSCT在完成常规肠梗阻检查的基础上还能进行双能成像,取得患者的血管信息。结论超声、X线平片仍是结肠肿瘤性肠梗阻诊断的有效手段,DSCT对此类疾病的诊断具有重要的价值,能通过一次成像取得多元信息。超声、X线平片检查价格便宜,DSCT检查价格相对昂贵。工作中临床医生应准确选择这三种检查,既能快速、准确解决肠梗阻的诊断问题,又能减轻患者的经济负担。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Comparatively study the value of ultrasound,X-ray,and Dual-Source CT(DSCT) 3 kinds of imaging technology in the diagnosis of colon tumor obstruction.Methods:Retrospective analysis of 45 patients between October 2010 and August 2011 who were admitted to hospital in our emergency department because of abdominal pain and finally underwent surgery for colon tumor obstruction and confirmed before operation by ultrasound,X-ray and DSCT respectively.Results:DSCT diagnosis was obviously more efficient than ultrasound and X-ray when detecting colon obstruction of the neoplasm,and could also better predict the position of obstruction.Meanwhile,complete information of vessels in the operation areas could be got by DSCT imaging three-dimensional reconstruction.Conclusion:Ultrasound and X-ray colon tumor obstruction are still effective means of diagnosis,but DSCT diagnosis to this kind of disease is of more important value,it can pass multiple information by imaging reconstruction.Given the fact that ultrasound and X-ray examination are cheap while DSCT check are more expensive relatively,doctors should choose the right check to make rapid and accurate diagnosis of colonic obstruction and to reduce the economic burden of patients to the best during clinical practice.更多还原
