【摘要】 针对人工分选瓷砖速度慢、成本高和易造成错选等问题,提出利用HALCON软件建立瓷砖图像模板的方法,对不同花纹和花色的瓷砖进行分选。通过建立瓷砖模板和训练MLP识别器,实现生产线上实时采集的瓷砖图像进行准确的分选。实验结果表明,利用HALCON软件进行匹配的结果稳定,分选速度快,能满足工业可靠性和实时性的需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problems exist when human separate tiles by manpower,including slow speed,high cost and fallibility,this paper puts forward a new method of using HALCON software to build the tile image template,which can separate tiles of different patterns and colors.Through establishing tile template and training MLP identifier,the experiment realizes the accurate separation of real-time acquisition of tile images on the production line.The experimental result shows that,by using HALCON software to match,the result is stable,and the speed is fast,both of which can meet the demand of industrial reliability and real-time.更多还原
