基于流量信号的变频控制燃油泵送与计量液压系统性能优化

【摘要】 本文设计了加油机的变频控制模式,并在此基础上对其泵送与计量系统进行优化。通过采用开关信号控制变频电机转速、进而调节流速的方法实现定量加油过程中的缓冲功能,从而在保证计量精度的同时将电磁阀取消,降低了整机能耗。结合流量计计量精度曲线来调整泵转速,获得最佳的加油流速,进一步提高了加油机整机计量精度。
【Abstract】 This paper designed the frequency conversion controlled mode of the fuel dispenser,and on this basis to optimize its pumping and measuring system.By using the switching signal to control the motor’s speed and adjust the fueling flow to achieve the butter function in quantitative refueling process.Thus the solenoid valve can be cancelled to reduce the energy consumption,and the measurement accuracy still can be ensured.After that,combine with the measurement accuracy curve of the flow- meter to find out the best fueling flow,which can further improve the measurement accuracy of the whole system.
