风机盘管热工性能预测与实验研究
THERMAL PERFORMANCE PREDICTION OF FAN COIL AND ITS EXPERIMANT VALIDATION

【摘要】 在既有建筑空调系统性能评估与优化过程中,存在因系统设备参数获取困难或不完整导致难以实现精确模拟的问题,本文针对系统中风机盘管参数的不完整,提出了基于风机盘管样本与现场简易测试相结合的参数完善方法,建立出相应的热工性能预测模型,通过搭建风机盘管/表冷器变工况实验系统进行了模型验证,并对冷冻水温度变化对其热工性能的影响规律进行了模拟与实验研究。结果表明,风机盘管模型参数获取简便,其热工性能预测精度较高,风机盘管出口参数及换热量偏差在10%以内,可为既有建筑空调系统的性能评估与优化提供支撑。
【Abstract】 Accurate simulation is difficult to be implement because of configuration parameter absence when evaluation and optimization of performance of existed air conditioning system to be carried out.This paper proposes a modeling method based on the sample and simple measure of fan coil in the condition of configuration parameter incompleteness,and build a corresponding thermal performance prediction model.An experimental device of fan coil is built up to validate the model,the simulation and experiment of variation of its thermal performance which is influenced by the temperature of chilled water were studied.The results show that by this modeling method,the parameters of model are easy to gain,the accuracy of performance prediction result is high,the relative errors of outlet parameters and heat exchange between simulation and experiment are within 10%,it can support the evaluation and optimization of existed air conditioning system.
