车窗玻璃特性对轿车车室热舒适性的影响分析

【摘要】 通过数值计算研究车窗玻璃特性对车室内热舒适性的影响。计算采用k-ε湍流模型结合65节点人体生理调节模型,用射线追踪法计算太阳辐射,S2S(surface to surface)模型计算固体壁面间的辐射。在实验验证的基础上运用该模型分析了三种车窗玻璃特性下,车室内太阳辐射得热分布、温度场以及乘员热舒适性状况。结果表明,降低车窗玻璃透射性,可通过降低车室内人体太阳辐射得热和车室内平均温度两种途径改善乘员热舒适性,且前者效果更为明显。后排乘员的热舒适性可通过后窗及后侧窗的低透射率玻璃得到明显改善。
【Abstract】 Effect of windshield glazing property on vehicle cabin thermal comfort was studied by numerical method.In the calculation,k- ε turbulence model combined with the 65 nodes human biological model,sun ray tracing method,and S2 S radiation model were used.The simulation model was validated.Then the distribution of solar radiation,temperature and thermal comfort situations inside cabin were analyzed under three types of windshield glazing.It is noted that lowering the transmittance of glass can reduce solar radiation on the passengers and cabin average temperature.These two ways are both benefit to improve the thermal comfort of passengers,but the former’ s effect is more apparently.The rear passengers’ thermal comfort can be improved apparently by lowing the transmittance of the rear and rear side window.
