H型热力膨胀阀试验台的研发和测试
DEVELOPMENT AND TESTING OF H-TYPE THERMAL EXPANSION VALVE TEST-BENCH

【摘要】 根据行业标准"汽车空调(HFC-134a)用热力膨胀阀(QC/T 663-2000)"的技术要求,研制了一套制冷量容量适合范围为1.7~10kW的H型热力膨胀阀试验台。其测试内容包括开度-流量、温度-开度、流量-温度测试,且可以在标准工况或指定工况下测量热力膨胀阀的制冷剂流量。系统实现自动控温,采用计算机控制和机电一体化技术。该测试系统效果稳定,测控精度高,且系统调整及工况转换便捷。
【Abstract】 According to QC/T 663-2000,a H-type thermal expansion test-bench was developed which range was1.7~10 kW refrigerating capacity.The content of test bench included flow-opening test,temperature-opening test and flow-temperature test,and refrigerant flow of thermal expansion valve could be measured at the standard condition or specific conditions.Electromechanical integration technology was taken in the bench,and the temperature could be controlled automatically by computer.The test system is stable,which has high precision and convenient mode conversion.
