毛细弯液蒸发界面热质迁移特性分析

【摘要】 基于增广杨拉普拉斯方程的毛细弯月面薄膜蒸发区的传热传质模型,数值分析了毛细通道内压力和过热度对毛细弯液面薄膜蒸发区热质迁移特性的影响。弯液面吸附区和薄膜区的液膜厚度受毛细通道蒸汽压影响较大,弯液面传递的热流密度和薄膜蒸发区范围受界面过热度影响较大。
【Abstract】 From the augment Young Laplace equation and the Wayner’ s interface mass flux equation,the influences of the interface evaporation pressure and superheat on the heat and mass transfer in the capillary channel have been analyzed.Increasing the interface evaporation pressure lead to the rise of the thin film thickness initional The liquid thickness of the thin film at initial position 5 0.The interface superheat affects the integrated heat transfer rate and the area of the thin film evaporation greatly.
