蒸汽喷射式制冷的实验研究

【摘要】 本文搭建了一个喷射器结构可改变的蒸汽喷射式制冷实验台,以水为工质,分别研究了冷凝压力、发生温度、蒸发温度以及喷射器几何尺寸对系统性能的影响。研究发现:(1)系统COP随发生温度的升高而降低,随蒸发温度的升高而升高。(2)喷射器其他结构尺寸不变时,90mm等截面段喷射器的系统性能略优于150mm等截面段喷射器的系统;保持喷射器其他结构尺寸不变,拥有较大尺寸的扩压管系统COP较高;同样,保持喷射器其他结构尺寸不变时,喷嘴出口直径8mm的喷射器的系统性能优于喷嘴出口直径10mm的喷射器的系统。本文的研究有助于提高蒸汽喷射式制冷系统性能。
【Abstract】 A steam ejector refrigeration system with a convertible ejector was established and extensive experimental investigations have been conducted,with water as working medium,including condenser pressure,generation temperature,evaporation temperature and ejector geometry size in order to find the primary factors influencing the coefficient of performance(COP) of the system.Experimental results show that:(1) The COP decreased with the rise of generation temperature,and increased with the rise of evaporation temperature.(2) Keep the size of the other part of the ejector remains the same,the system with a 90 mm constant-area section performs better than the system with a 150 mm constant-area section;And keep the size of the other part of the ejector unchanged,the system with a bigger diffuser has a higher COP;Also,keep the size of the other part of the ejector unchanged,the system with a nozzle exit diameter of 8 mm has a better performance than the system with a nozzle exit diameter of 10 mm.The experimental investigations of this article is helpful to improve the performance of a steam ejector refrigeration system.
