空分流程变工况效率分析
EXERGY EFFICITENCY ANALYSIS FOR AIR SEPARATION PROCESS UNDER OFF-DESIGN CONDITIONS

【摘要】 空分装置为多产品同时产出的设备,为分析不同工况的效率,本文建立了冷箱系统的能耗分析模型,并选用了效率和焓效率作为评价方法。利用某空分实际数据对该模型进行了分析,结果表明冷箱系统效率为64.31%,焓效率为98.58%。基于冷箱系统不同工况的对比分析显示,在相同环境条件和加工空气量的情况下,增加液态产品的产量,尤其是液氩的产量,可以提高空分装置的效率;气氧产量增加10%,则流程效率可提高1.13%。
【Abstract】 Air separation unit(ASU) is a multi-product production equipment.In order to analyze the efficiency of the ASU under different conditions,the analysis model of cold box is established and exergy efficiency and enthalpy efficiency are selected as the evaluation methodology.The design and operating data are from an actual ASU.The results show that exergy efficiency and enthalpy efficiency of cold box is 64.31%and 98.58%,respectively,and exergy analysis methods could reflect where the energy of ASU loses comprehensively.Based on exergy efficiency on off-design conditions,the results show that in a same environmental condition and with equivalent air feed mass flow,the process would be more efficient by improving output of liquid production,especially improving output of liquid argon.When output of gas oxygen production increased 10%of design operation,the process exergy efficiency can be improved 1.13%.
